: (1) Honorary Professor membership of Pragya Foundation may be awarded by the Council to a native or foreign person who has made a special contribution to the development of fine arts, nationally and internationally.
(2) The Assembly may grant lifelong membership of Pragya Pratishthan to Nepali citizens who have made special contributions in the field of fine arts.
(3) According to sub-sections (1) and (2), the basis for granting honorary academic membership and life membership shall be as prescribed.
(4) Pragya Pratishthan may provide facilities as prescribed to life members. But the life members who are receiving any remuneration or benefits from Nepal government will not get such benefits.
(5) The Assembly may remove honorary academic members and life members from membership on the basis specified.
